Each of these unique vases is individually handcrafted with paper pulp, using a technique that South African artist Georgine invented herself over several years. By combining a variety of natural fibers with recycled paper, coloring the raw materials with natural plant dyes, pigments and oxides, and employing various techniques that create different textures, she has created a range of stunning artwork that is not only incredibly unique and visually appealing, but also durable and eco-friendly. Each piece is numbered according to form and texture design and signed by the artist, and for beautiful groupings of works within particular colorways.
